I originally started tinkering with Wordpress back in 2008 but at that point was still mainly building Joomla! sites for clients. When Wordpress took off I dropped Joomla and made Wordpress my CMS of choice.

If you look back at the 2013 incarnation of this website you can see how many Wordpress sites I had already produced at that point. I still use Wordpress to this day, clients like using it and I like working with it.

I've built a large number of themes, and numerous plugins. I wouldn't reinvent the wheel, the plugins have all tended to be integrations with niche 3rd party tools, so there was nothing open source available and a custom plugin had to be written. Recently I've used Wordpress as the backend for other systems, including Astro and even Shopify.

I haven't bothered to create entries for my full back catalogue, but there are a few examples below which are are worth a mention.
